This Privacy Policy applies to StylistzSP and related services provided through the App. If you use the App on behalf of a salon or business, you confirm you are authorized to accept this policy for that business.

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the App.
- Account / identity info: such as your name, salon name, and mobile number (for login and account management).
- Business and booking information: such as services, pricing, staff, bookings/appointments, and customer-facing booking records you manage in the App.
- Payment / wallet-related information (if applicable): transaction references, top-up status, and related metadata required to operate wallet/fees. Note: card/UPI details are typically handled by payment providers and not stored by us directly.
- Communications: messages you send to support and any content you submit in the App.
- Device and log data: basic technical data like device model, OS version, app version, IP address, and crash logs used for security and debugging.
- Push notifications token (if enabled): used to deliver notifications about bookings and updates.
3) How We Use Information
- Provide and operate core app features (bookings, staff assignment, service management).
- Authenticate users (e.g., OTP/login), prevent fraud, and secure accounts.
- Process fees/wallet operations related to your app usage (if applicable).
- Send important service notifications (booking updates, reminders, account notices).
- Fix bugs, improve performance, and analyze crashes (diagnostics/analytics).
- Respond to support requests and communicate about updates or policy changes.
4) Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these cases:
- Service providers: hosting, analytics/crash reporting, SMS/OTP delivery, and payment processors who help us run the App. They are permitted to process data only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
- Safety and enforcement: to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or our services.
- Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
6) Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance).

- Access / update: You may review and update certain details inside the App.
- Delete account/data: You can request deletion by emailing privacy@stylistz.club from your registered email/mobile context.
- Notifications: You can control notifications from your device settings.
8) Children’s Privacy
StylistzSP is intended for salon owners/staff and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be notified through the App or other appropriate means.
